“We are very happy to be able to officially name the Bayerischer Golfverband e.V. as our competence partner since March 2021,” says Philipp Schneider, founder of safetee, proudly about the agreed cooperation. With the BGV, safetee has gained a strong partner in the golf industry and is looking forward to working together to achieve common goals. A special focus of the partnership is to promote safety in the youth departments of golf clubs.
For this reason, the safe golf project was launched, which the Bavarian Golf Association e.V. strongly supports. It is intended to help the youth departments of golf courses to enable children and young people to play golf even more safely on the course. Most accidents happen in the children’s and youth area. Children are often not yet aware of the dangers. For them, the focus is on fun and games and not on prudence. The project therefore enables golf clubs to equip their children’s and youth departments with the safe golf caps almost free of charge. The special feature of the campaign: the golf caps not only protect, they can also be individually designed in the club’s own colour and with the club logo on the front. But sponsors can also be taken onto the green. The logos can simply be placed on the sides of the cap.
Heidrun Klump, Managing Director of the Bavarian Golf Association, also appreciates the cooperation. “We are very happy to have safetee at our side. The innovative golf caps from safetee not only look stylish, they also protect our golfers from worse head injuries.”
